Position: Junior HR officer
Location: Sharjah, UAE.
Position: Full-Time
Key responsibility area:
· Assist in managing all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
· Handle employee complaints and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and sensitivity.
· Coordinate and arrange training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws, particularly within the UAE context.
· Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
· Collaborate with senior staff on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
Qualification:
· At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
· Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
